Church Cleaners

Saint Philip’s Parish has been blessed with a fine team of people who faithfully come to clean the church every three weeks. They dust and vacuum, pick up trash and straighten out the books in the pews. These true humble servants even see that the altar cloths are cleaned. Scrapping wax and gum from surfaces all done joyfully around the Blessed Sacrament. Seems as though these “Marthas” have found the way to also be “Marys”. Lots of puns in that statement and lots of “fun” in the way this team learned how to serve God by serving others!
