St. Philip’s Stewardship Committee was recently formed with this vision: “We the Stewardship Committee of St. Philip’s parish are servants of God, providing a framework by which our parishioners can become the living stones that make up our church, giving back to God, multiplied, that which is His by means of our Time, Talent and Treasures.” Chris Nigon, the chairperson, along with a committee of about 10 people adopted the Stewardship goals and objectives for the year. The focus will be on Hospitality, Education and Communication. They meet once a month in the Parish Activity Center. Stewardship Prayer
Heavenly Father, we pray for your blessing and wisdom so that we might recognize the gifts and graces given to us by the power of your Holy Spirit. Please help us to use these gifts to foster stewardship in our parish. We give our utmost gratitude to you and ask this in your precious name, Amen.
